You will be picked up from your hotel by an Air-conditioned vehicle and driven to Wasgamuwa.
6.30 A.M
Wasgamuwa National Park boasts an impressive biodiversity, with 23 mammal species, 143 bird species, 35 reptile species, 15 amphibian species, 17 fish species, and 52 butterfly species recorded. Home to iconic Asian elephants and elusive sloth bears, it offers excellent wildlife spotting opportunities. Encounter leopards, golden jackals, water buffalos, slender lorises, wild boars, various deer species, and even the fishing cat. Additionally, the park hosts eight endemic bird species, including the Yellow-fronted barbet and red-faced malkoha, making it a paradise for nature enthusiasts.
